Our Approach

Following the natural flow of your wedding day our focus is creating imagery that is a reflection of the experience. Through gentle guidance when needed, and knowing when to step back. We create space for you to be present with your people, and enjoy the wedding you spent months planning allowing the art we create to be a mirror to those emotions and memories.

Never over curated, or forced moments for social media. We will always be a comforting presence reminding you that you are right where you need to be.

Only pulling you away in small intimate windows for portraits scattered throughout the day, so you don’t miss a second of the action. This also allows your portraits to also reflect the energy as it develops throughout the day. Carefully aligned with your timeline to ensure a seamless experience the entire day through.

What to Expect On Your Wedding Day

We always shoot as a 2 person team, so here’s what to expect from our team throughout your wedding day…

PREPARATIONS

Split between the two of you to ensure all the morning excitement is captured we work with you ahead of the day to curate a morning timeline that achieves the imagery you want, and the atmosphere that’ll send you into the day with the best energy. Leaving a little extra time for some creative pictures of each of you on your own, and with your parties that really kick starts the excitement.

CEREMONY

Approaching your ceremony from two angles and perspectives allowing us to capture not just the two of you, but everyone you love most watching. Playing with light and angles to really draw out the emotion and energy of the ceremony.

DRINKS RECEPTION

After the ceremony is the first moment you get to go and hug your people and share the excitement with them. We are never going to whisk you straight away, we want you to soak in these moments and the pure joy that goes with them. Once hellos have been said and the excitement shared, we will pull you away for a quick break and a short picture window to share a moment just the two of you before any family portraits you may want. Following that we lead you back to the celebration to relax and share the time with your loved ones.

MEAL

About 10 minutes before you’re due to seat for dinner, we will grab you for a quick first look of your dinner space. Another chance to share a moment just the two of you. As your planner calls your guests to seat we utilise this natural break to grab another short window of portraits hyping up the energy before sending you in for your grand entrance and kicking off the food service!

COCKTAIL HOUR AND DANCING

This is where the party kicks it up a gear! Golden hour pictures, drinks flowing and a packed dance floor. We’re in the thick of the party and action, making sure we truly capture the energy — right next to you on the dance floor. When it’s time for us to head out, we make a quiet Irish exit, because there would never be a version of this where we stopped your party.

WORKING WITH US

BEFORE THE WEDDING

Once you’re all booked in with us the build up tot he wedding feels a lot like chatting with a friend. We will be there to chat with as often or as little as you want. Offering vendor recommendations, timeline support and just someone to get excited with!

Led with care and gentle guidance when needed and given the space to be present when not. We want you to be in your day, whilst also getting imagery that feels beautiful and timeless. Letting your story and energy be our guiding light so your imagery always encapsulates the true emotions of the day.

We care deeply about you and your wedding day. This isn’t just a job, it’s our pride, joy and life purpose. Storytelling is our love language and weddings are our passion. Giving you wedding imagery that is about you and your wedding day, not turning your wedding day into a photoshoot for everyone else.

AFTER THE WEDDING

48-72 hours post wedding you’ll get a mini preview gallery from us to instantly look back on. Think of this as a micro gallery full of a handful of our favourite moments throughout the day!

Full gallery

4-9 weeks post wedding you’ll get a fully hand edited gallery packed full of memories. We never rush these as we always want you to have the best.

We’re not just here for the now. We love creating lasting relationships with our clients and growing with them over time. We always here for a coffee catch up and to cheer you on in all of life’s milestones — no matter the size!
